Space Only Booth
 
Exhibitors are to build their own booths. Organizer provides only space for booth. Only the authorized subcontractors are allowed to perform installation works for space only booth.
(Refer to COEX Designated Contractor List in Exhibitor Manual) Exhibitors, having space only booth, should not make any hole or nail on the wall or ceiling.
Shell Scheme (Package Booth)
 
We provide the followings ;
Assemble of plastic panels (3m x 3m x 2.4(height)), Company Sign Board, Py-tex Carpet Furniture
(1 Front Desk + 1 Chair (one set per one exhibitor),
1 Fluorescent Lamp(40W) on signboard + 3 Spot Lights(100W), 1 Outlet (220V/60Hz/Single Phase 5 Amp),
1 Wastebasket
 
 
  * Only one information desk, one chair and one electric socket are provided per Exhibitor, regardless of the number of their booths.

!! Attention !!
Any company that may damage the shell stand booth panel by nailing or using adhesives is fully responsible for the cost of returning the panel to the original state.
Therefore, please pay attention to the statements above.
 
  ** Utility services are to be supplied only on the basis of exhibitors' application.
** Secretariat will send the Order form for utility services by email. And then all exhibitors submit
     it by email or fax.
